James (3rd grade), Rebecca (1st grade) and William (age 2) took Chadd on an early holiday visit to Florida. Their first stop was Disney Springs in Orlando where he met the enormous Lego Dragon and took a ride on the carousel with some festive friends.
The next day's adventure took them to Legoland in Winter Haven where he went to Lego driving school with James and met a life-size Lego Santa Claus, made out of thousands of bricks.
Chadd then traveled north to Sanford for a stop at the Central Florida Zoo. He got to help feed the giraffes lettuce and met a Chadd look-alike on another carousel ride. Later, he went for a walk at Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte Springs to see their one mile long holiday lights display and got to meet the Grinch who wished him a very Merry Grinchmas!
Chadd also spent a day exploring nature at The Springs in Longwood, a beach and swimming area connected to the Little Wekiva River. His favorite part was watching blue herons, egrets and other birds swoop in to catch fish.
On his last full day in Florida, Chadd headed to Disney World's Magic Kingdom. He went with Rebecca to meet Disney's newest princess, Elena of Avalor and watched Cinderella's castle transform into a glittering ice palace for the holidays at night. It was a wonderful trip!
HUGE THANKS Condelles Family for taking Chadd along!
